PREP: 5 MINS COOK: 5 MINS SERVES: 2
Ingredients 6 Slices of Sourdough Bread 2 cups Mushrooms 2 Cloves of Garlic 4 Scallions 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Olive Oil Salt and Pepper
Directions Toast the bread, heat the oil over a low heat and sauté chopped garlic until it starts to soften increase the heat to medium and add the sliced mushrooms, cook for a few minutes turning occasionally until the mushrooms are cooked to your liking, add the balsamic and some salt and pepper and serve on top of the toast with a bit of fresh spring onion.
