Surely you are all familiar with this peppery leafy green, but do you know how to maximize its life? ⏺It's important to note that arugula's shelf life is shorter than its other green leafy counterparts, therefore planning is of the essence ✨. ⏺Pro tip: after opening the package, place a dry paper towel in the bag or on top of the greens. The towel will absorb the moisture, and noticeably extend the shelf life. ⏺DO NOT, 🙅🏽wash greens until ready to use as you might expose them to bacteria during storage and enhance spoilage. ⏺Need help on reforming your go to sad salad, we got you on our next post! 🤙🏾🥕. Finally finished 👍 Tri color rotini with chicken and tomatoes. I used cornstarch to thicken the excess chicken/tomato juices to add some sauce to the dish and paired it with green beans. Btw the chicken is YUM.
I made a beautiful, healthy, and EASY delicious dinner tonight... Adorable little Chicken Fajita Boats. Homemade Fajita seasoning: 5 ingredients. Sliced fresh veggies. Sweet potatoes, baked for 5 minutes in the microwave and scooped out as vessels. Everything thrown on a pan in the oven, drizzled with olive oil, topped with the seasoning, add chicken, bake around 30 minutes. Voila...
