Non-scale victory alert! Quite literally my WHOLE LIFE I've had a hard time finding knee-high boots that would fit my calves (African moms used to call them gams 😂).

I've held on to these 2 pairs for FAR too long cuz they were the only ones with enough stretch to fit. Even after years of wear they were still tight but I could always get them zipped up. *

The other day I busted these babies out cuz it's a lil chilly. And it didn't even hit me how loose they were!!! I could literally slide my leg in and out without having to unzip them. *

Posting daily helps keep me on track and motivated. I took almost a month off from posting and it wasn’t intentional. During that month I didn’t even touch 315 on bench and honestly was struggling with 275. I don’t know why I was having a hard time but a couple of my friends helped motivate me from comments or posts online and it made me get my ass back into gear. Today was chest and tris (light work on the tris). I worked my way up nice and slow on incline and really wanted to hit 315 but decided to hold off until I had a spotter. The only other fella around was benching 25’s so I didn’t feel confident in asking him for a spot, not hating, just didn’t want to crush my face off.

‼️Slow Eccentric Negative‼️
1st use your legs to get the dumbbells in position and save your energy for the set. 
When doing slow eccentric negative reps, 4-6 reps is plenty.  Lower the weight maintaining contraction at a 3-5 second count.  Negatives have helped me grow a bunch.  I usually perform atleast 3 sets of an exercise per body part.  Add them into your routine to improve mind to muscle connection and build solid muscle. 🔥💪🏼

Vascularity and showing it... everybody is vascular underneath, it is how our body transports oxygenated blood around the human body. Showing it is a different story though. In order to appear vascular you must be lean, excess body fat is going to hide those veins... water consumption, heat and heart rate can also all help to vary the expansion and contraction of these veins to make them either more or less visible. Training techniques such as "blood starvation" can also be done to appear more vascular. So if a vascular look as what you are going for the let's get that blood pumping!

Dette er en utfordring!
Altfor mange i dag sliter med ryggproblemer og andre smerteproblemer som veldig fort kan knyttes opp mot dårlig bevegelighet.
Lenge før det fantes noe som het bord eller stoler, så når vi skulle kommunisere med hverandre så var den naturlige hvileposisjonen en knebøystilling. Hvis man ser på spedbarn så har de en perfekt holdning i denne posisjonen.
I enkelte kulturer sitter de fortsatt slik og kommuniserer. Denne utfordringen er såre enkel: I løpet av en dag sitt i totalt 30min og ta tiden med en timer. 30min av en dag er ingenting! I starten er det tungt å sitte slik om du ikke er vant til det, men så blir det plutselig kjempelett, og du får trent mye på holdning og mobiliteten din vil bli mye bedre, og kanskje vil noen smerter bli borte? (Dette er ikke en kur mot patologiske tilstander, har du mistanke om skade eller er diagnosert med noe anbefaler jeg å følge din behandlers råd) 🏆✅
