Chill Out Before You Burn Out!
Wouldn’t we all love to be chillaxing like this each day!? Unfortunately we know that this isn’t realistic for most of us (apart from those long summer days on holidays). However, I can’t advocate enough for ‘chill out’ time; for time where you’ve got absolutely nothing to do; time where you’re bored; and space where time is just time.
It’s like being ‘busy’ these days is seen as deserving of a badge of honour. This ‘busyness’ can really be to the detriment of our health and wellbeing (think increased stress). Let’s schedule in some downtime to ensure that the word ‘busy’ doesn’t even enter our minds, and we can drift away in a hammock watching the sunset (at least we can pretend). +

When do I have time to build a business you ask? 😜 It’s all in the beauty of the STOLEN MOMENTS. You Mums know what those are!!! Those are the 5 minutes, 15 minutes or whatever you can steal in your day to focus & complete your tasks. While kids sleep or having quiet time, it’s amazing what you can get done. In all honesty, is not that hard. Where else can I be a Mum first, choose my own schedule, work on my terms & get paid for helping people make healthier lifestyle choices. It really is that simple and I LOVE it. In my opinion, everyone should be building a little side hustle to create an asset for their future 👊🏻 Who doesn’t want to be paid while they sleep? 👏🏻

So one of the food supplements I take everyday is Spirulina and Chlorella. These two algaes contain a powerhouse of essential nutrients; trace minerals, iron, vitamins, essential fatty acids and highly absorbable amino acids. The benefits they provided for disease prevention and health are amazing!
Clearly these superfoods are similar, but they do have their differences. Chlorella is a green algae, whereas spirulina is a blue-green algae.
