For the last 12 months I have worked my butt off in a place I ended up hating, and because of this my anxiety started coming back.
I made a decision 3-4 months ago that I wanted to change my life, and I did! I created a home biz where I could not only motivate myself to be fitter & healthier, both mentally and physically but also those other girls/guys feeling the same.
Due to my efforts towards my home biz I've been able to drop the work I hated & go down to part time hours within a nursing home - allowing me more time for my biz, for myself & for those around me to be able to see me and spent time with me again. I've never been one to stick out much when it gets hard but this year alone has proven to me that hard work pays off, and it has for me!! I'm so grateful for what I have right now & for those people willing to support me!
