Afternoon post workout #snackattack ! Post resistance training you need to give your body the right fuel to feed those growing muscles! If you are trying to build lean muscle, first thing in the morning and post training are the best times to consume simple carbohydrates. Here I have half a tub of #yopro vanilla, 100g of sweet potato and 1/2 cup of berries! Sweet potato makes a great sweet treat- I chop the sweet potato in half, rinse it under water, and top with some cinnamon before microwaving for about 3-4 minutes👌
Being a 'pharmacist' is unfortunately a profession that people still struggle to understand. ❓ We are not all pharmacology/calculation super-nerds or overly passionate about counting pills. What we are passionate about, is being there for people & helping them - even if it's the simple act of remembering a regular customer's name & putting a smile on their face. 😊 It's about providing free health care advice & being so easily accessible. I also love being able to work as a team with the amazing technicians and shop assistants. 💊 Life never goes quite to plan. In truth, becoming a pharmacist was never part of the "plan". But here I am now, 5 years on, celebrating World Pharmacists Day 2017 and appreciating my fellow pharmily members who work their ass off every single day. 👏 ☆
A strange compilation for a late lunch. Starving and have been near zero carb all day. Had half a serve of YoPro yogurt, some nuts, chia seeds and half a serve of lemon flavoured jelly crystals mixed together with a tbsp of double cream in a pudding like mess... about 7g carb here.

Fueling my ballerina for a day and night at the theatre. Blueberries, Apple, yoghurt, dark chocolate, roasted seaweed, raw veggie snacks, pumpkin, brown rice and spinach pie with Stirfry for lunch and park and Stirfry for dinner. This is after a breakfast of veggies, salmon, eggs and gluten free toast. Total kilojoules is an amazing 5200 plenty for late night snack when she gets home... XxMummaBellyxx
