Finally back and enjoyed the rich full flavoured meal and especially the following dishes:
Salt baked chicken truffle rice and especially good if you love innards like me😋 but ask for more rice)
Simmered baby eel with garlic.
Premium 30 month aged ham which is very rich and fat so don't trust the lady if she says it's not fatty ( just look at it, but it is very good😅)
Spaghetti with fresh 🍅 and shaved summer truffle.
Mussels cooked in a garlic creamy sauce but be careful of broken shells and some sand inside as they where not perfectly clean.
Overall, it was a satisfied meal👍
~~MAC N CHEESE🧀~~ Idk what sparked my sudden interest, but I've been trying a lot of vegan recipes lately. I have also been eating gluten free for about a year now, so the deprivation of Mac n cheese in my life was starting to make me go a little crazy. While scrolling through Pinterest looking for meal inspiration (which I spend way too many hours in a day doing) I happened upon this recipe and decided to try it out and let me tell you it will not disappoint! Some may strongly resent me for saying this but I might prefer it over regular Mac n cheese...😬
I followed this recipe:
The only modifications I made were I used POW:Banza Chickpea Pasta because I wanted the meal to have a significant source of protein.
I also skipped the sage and paired it with some roasted broccoli.
All I can say is my tummy was throughly satisfied after this long overdue dose of Mac n Cheese.
